Household Detergent Volumetric Servo Liquid Filling Machine With Multi-Head

This volumetric piston filler is a type of corrosive filling machines specially designed for automatic filling of caustic liquids such as toilet cleaner into bottles. This piston filling machine is suited to fill low viscosity liquid into bottle with capacity of 500ml-5l, bottle diameter of 40-150mm and bottle height of 80-370mm. It can be changed to different bottle sizes without any tool, and can be easily cleaned by using water.

The volumetric piston filling machine uses PLC program control, photoelectric and pneumatic system. All parts from the machine touch liquid are made from non-metallic anticorrosive materials. It also designed with diving filling function to ensure accurate filling without any bubble.
